The front desk staff was SO helpful. I REALLY appreciated the super clean cleanliness, and the room was cleaned every day. I was also HAPPY to see the minibar stocked daily with refreshments.
It was not a MAJOR issue, but lighter sleepers might find it disruptive.

i noticed some noise from moving chairs in other rooms. also, i heard people speaking in the corridors. perhaps, better sound insulation could resolve this issue.

the location was very central for my trip. the staff helped with storing luggage and calling cabs. i enjoyed the complimentary aperitivo hour a lot. i got great restaurant and cocktail bar suggestions too.
there was no water provided in my room.
